Now it’s not such a big part of my life
Scott is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. He had been through therapy but still could not get rid of feelings of anger, guilt and shame. He also had a deep sense of ‘feeling like a bad person.’ We did a series of regression sessions including inner child healing and clearing the negative feelings and beliefs with EFT, and he began to feel more and more at peace.
In his words:
I had already done a lot of work in therapy, but the hypnotherapy and EFT were direct, focused on the specific problems, active rather than passive, and goal-oriented. I really feel different now. I used to act so much out unconsciously and blame myself, but all that has changed. I’m completely free of that ‘bad person’ feeling. I know I’m a good person and don’t feel at all responsible for the abuse. It helped to confront the abuser through visualization. There’s even been some forgiveness and more of the big picture of the Universe. Now it’s not such a big part of my life.
