EFT Has Scientifically-Verified Results
The remarkable images below are digitalized EEG brain scans.
Go to David Feinstein’s site for full information.
Picture 1 is a “normal” brain and the blue color shows the normal brain wave frequencies.
Picture 2 is the scan of the patient who has Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Note the red and pink colors that indicate distress in the brain wave patterns.
Picture 3 is the same patient after 4 tapping sessions — more blue.
Picture 4 is the same patient after 8 tapping sessions. The red and pink are greatly reduced. Turquoise reflects just mild distress/dysfunction.
Picture 5 is the same patient after 12 tapping sessions. The brain waves have change greatly and show either normal or very mild distress. And this is when he is exposed to his trigger for anxiety.

Research Is Proving the Scientific Basis for EFT and Hypnotherapy
David Feinstein, PhD has an article that summarizes the exciting research which is showing measurable results like these:
EFT changes the brain
The amygdala, seat of the fight-or-flight stress response, receives calming signals when we tap and our intense stress reactions subside.
EFT changes body chemistry
Cortisol levels have been measurably reduced when people tap for the stress they are experiencing (cortisol is a stress hormone that can be detrimental to our health).
EFT neutralizes the traumatic memories that haunt people with PTSD
In work with war veterans as well as children traumatized by the genocide in Rwanda, results of controlled studies have been striking. Traumatized people whose lives were dominated by terrible memories have experience real relief at last with EFT.
